A web cam which shows construction of the temporary 7,000-seat stadium and 200-meter banked oval track being built inside the Oregon Convention Center in Portland is now LIVE! The stadium and track will be utilized for the USATF Indoor Championships, March 11-12, and the IAAF World Indoor Championships, March 17-20.
